More often than not, dependency to alcohol starts with just one sip. By just an innocent gulp of liquor, I started my relationship with a bottle of whiskey or vodka like what other people did. There may be some people who have resisted the tempation of alcohol, however, there are some who just drink their sad moments and desolation away and eventually ended up with more than just one drink. Peer pressure, family problems, and insecurities are psychological reasons that led Lindsay Lohan’s age group and other celebrities to alcohol abuse. If there is one thing I learned from my experience as an alcoholic, the acceptance that you have a problem is as important as knowing the reason for your bad habit. Continue reading
