Is the collagen and elastin that companies put in skin care creams addictive?

I know that a lot of companies use mineral oil (petroleum byproduct that clogs your pores) as a cheap filler for a lot of cosmetics, but the collagen… is that addictive or what? What about elastin? I wanted to know cuz I just had a baby and I’m iffy about this product that’s supposed to help decrease the extra skin on the belly. Arbonne is the name of the cosmetics line… they’re almost exactly like Avon and Mary Kay…. they even have the Mercedes.
