I have a couple other problems as well. I have always sweat way more than normal, especially in my face. I have always been stressed, I have aspergers/depression combination as well.

However, I take biotin, eat well, exercise, meditate, drink lots of water, hardly ever drink alcohol (if i do I only have 1 drink at a time, i never binge, a lot of girls have been drinking since high school and i have drank alcohol a fraction of times compared to a majority of people),… i try to sleep right, take vitamins, and I RARELY use heat on my hair and when i do i have a heat protector. I have never even used a curling iron. Also if I put product in my hair it comes out in clumps. I have been having problems trying to practice hairstyles, i have no idea what i am doing so i’d really like this problem fixed so i can start practicing.
