Is it safe to take the FDA approved weight loss drug Alli Xanax prescription?

I know that when you are taking Xanax you should not take pills weight loss, but as Alli is the first drug approved by the FDA for weight loss, is it safe to take while taking a prescription Xanax? Please do not spam and real answers only if you know. Thank you.
