<p>Bioidentical hormones, also referred to as natural hormones, are used to treat menopause, perimenopause, and post-menopause symptoms. These hormones are much like the hormones that are produced in the body. They are metabolized, stored, and converted into other hormones naturally. The primary advantage of BHRT is that treatment doses are individualized.</p>
<p>Most bioidentical hormones are chemically-synthesized from diosgenin, a cholesterol-like molecule found in plants and then altered to be identical in molecular structure to the bodys natural hormones. They are available as a cream, oral, suppository or injections. </p>
<p>For most women, if they have been on BHRT for a lengthy period of time, or just began treatment, the dosage may have to be adjusted because womens bodies and hormone levels are prone to changes.</p>
<p>Symptoms that may indicate that your <a href="http://www.haberspharmacy.com">BHRT</a> may require adjustment include hot flashes night sweat, insomnia, vaginal dryness, reduced sex drive, yeast infections, and painful intercourse. As well, there have been incidents of heart palpitations and dry skin and hair.  If ones estrogen level is too high, symptoms can include a desire to eat sweet foods and there will be an increase in weight. There can also be such symptoms as water retention, swelling and tenderness of the breasts, as well as anxiety related symptoms. If ones progesterone levels are too low, symptoms can include: weight gain, depression, mood changes, migraines, anxiety, acne, joint pain, and a low sex drive. <p>Testosterone is another hormone within BHTH treatment that may require adjustment. Low testosterone levels can result in fatigue, low sex drive, muscle weakness, heart palpitations, bone loss, fibromyalgia, bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, as well as some memory difficulties.  Too high testosterone levels can cause acne, insomnia, irritability, loss of scalp hair, facial hair growth, and mood swings. </p>
<p>The symptoms will be reversed once the appropriate hormone levels have been adjusted. The main value of hormone replacement therapy is that it can be adapted to fit your own individual hormone needs. Because everyone is unique, they require an individualized hormone replacement therapy customized to meet their individual hormonal needs. <p>Treatment is the first and most important step to take when diagnosed with arthritis. There are many types of arthritis, a lot of people don&#8217;t understand, but knowing your specific diagnosis is beneficial when dealing with treatments. </p>
<p>Occupational therapy, physical therapy, surgery and medications are just some of the treatments for arthritis. These are all offered through home care. There is some treatments that can eliminate the effects of one type of this ailment, rheumatoid arthritis.</p>
<p>Ordered rest periods sometimes are the only way to get relief from pain and discomfort from osteoarthritis, which often times comes from home care. This allows healing of injured joints which is often followed by, to rebuild strength, exercise. Sometimes there is nothing you can do for this type of arthritis, which causes, no matter what you do, continuing pain and discomfort.</p>
<p>Protecting your joints is the most important thing you can do to prevent arthritis. An occupational therapist can teach you some techniques through home care services. You can learn certain exercises that will protect you joints. You can build your muscles without straining your joints, thus strengthening your joints.</p>
<p>Braces are a great way to protect your joints from further injuries. Placing support bars and grab bars where you may need them, by your favorite chair or in the bathroom, may also be a good idea.</p>
<p>To help reduce strain on arthritic joints you may want to consider using a cane or walker. This will ease the discomfort. Avoid opening jars, putting on socks and other strenuous activities when your joints are inflamed.</p>
<p>Heat can relieve some pain as well but use caution when using heating pads; they have been known to cause severe burns, which will cause even more problems. Hot water bottles are a great alternative, along with some medicated creams.</p>
<p>Finally you can ask your physician about medicine; some people may take anti-inflammatory medicine to help relieve the pain as well, but watch out when doing this because becoming dependent upon these medications is very common and very dangerous.</p>

<p>It may not come as a surprise to you that water is good for your health. And it&#8217;s been widely publicized that drinking water can help people who are trying to lose weight. Few people would disagree, but there are also few who truly understand why this is so.  </p>
<p>Some believe it is because it helps give you a full feeling, reducing the desire to eat as much. </p>
<p>Some suggest that just having something to do with your hands help replace the desire to munch.</p>
<p>In fact there are many reasons to combine adequate water intake along with exercise to any weight loss program. One of the most fundamental of these happens to be the importance of water to the body&#8217;s metabolism.  </p>
<p>How does water factor in?</p>
<p>Energy is created from stored fat.  The liver metabolizes the fat.  </p>
<p>It has other functions too.  One is assisting the kidneys.  If the kidneys are not functioning optimally then, the liver helps out.  But then the liver isn&#8217;t able to complete it&#8217;s other job of metabolizing fat.</p>
<p>The kidneys need quite a bit of water to function.  But if insufficient amounts are not consumed by the body &#8211; it will store water.  And the storeage locales within the body are not usually in places we would suspect or desire.</p>
<p>By taking in plenty of water, the body&#8217;s need to retain water is eliminated.</p>
<p>8 glasses of water each containing 8 ounces of water can do it for most people.</p>
<p>But many people do require more &#8211; those who are already carrying extra pounds or those who sweat a lot due to exercise or temperature.</p>
<p>The body is very good at ridding itself of excess water.</p>
<p>People tend to take in less water when dieting, simply because overall less intake of food and drink is normally required.</p>
<p>About 30% of our total water intake comes from foods we are eating. Decrease your food intake and chances are you will be reducing the amount of water your body is used to getting.  </p>
<p>Remember the need for water &#8211; and drink it before you feel dried out.  You can add some natural flavor as well by adding lime or lemon juice.</p>
<p>Waiting until you are parched to drink water, means the body has already starting the storage process.</p>

The EZ curl bar is special in that it mitigates the pain in your wrists and backside while lifting. </p>
<p>Regular barbells need you to have your wrists at a 180 degree angle and palms up. The EZ curl bar is well-liked as it only requires you to have your wrists at a 130 degree angle and your palms at a forty five degree angle. This process makes lifting weights less complicated and more at ease. </p>
<p>Unfortunately comfort isn&#8217;t a high concern when building muscle mass and working out. You can perform more exercises with a straight barbell than the EZ curl bar.
